Rebecca Bennett
FOUNDER-CEO
Rebecca founded LAUNCH! in 2019 and had the idea for EIVA shortly after. She is a serial founder with nearly 20 years as a business portfolio director and transformation project manager at Fortune 500 companies and Big-4 consulting firms. She holds an MBA, is a belted Lean Six Sigma practitioner, and a PMP. She has helped over 35 companies across 12 industries create a better future of work, build operational excellence, and launch exceptional product experiences.
Dan Abend
CTO
Dan is a seasoned technical leader with over 35 years in software development. He is also a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. Dan joined LAUNCH! in 2020 and leads the technical vision for EIVA. He has been instrumental in shaping the team and the EIVA architecture.
Umair Qadir
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Umair is our fearless leader of product development. He joined LAUNCH! in 2020 and directs the technical team that built EIVA. He is an adept AI/ML engineer, data scientist, and creative problem solver.
