Rebecca Bennett is the Founder of LAUNCH! Advisory Group, where she advises boards, investors, founders, and executive teams on portfolio value creation, transformation, and disciplined capital deployment. Her work focuses on helping companies navigate disruption, accelerate performance, and translate strategy into measurable enterprise value.
Rebecca is a serial founder and portfolio-level operator with nearly two decades of experience leading and advising complex business and transformation portfolios spanning growth, turnaround, and innovation mandates across Fortune 500 enterprises and Big Four consulting firms.
Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, capital planning, and execution, helping organizations define bolder visions, make smarter bets, and deliver measurable outcomes faster through disciplined, self-funding models.
Rebecca has partnered with leadership teams at more than 35 companies across 12 industries, guiding turnarounds, operational excellence initiatives, and product and platform launches at scale. She is known for her ability to see around corners, translate emerging opportunities into executable roadmaps, and carry initiatives end-to-end—from thesis to implementation and sustainability.
13 years into her career she discovered that the most important and under-utilized asset companies possess besides people is knowledge. Two years before ChatGPT launched she conceived EIVA, an AI-agent platform designed to democratize and harness the power of enterprise tacit and explicit knowledge while closing the gap between untapped talent potential and performance—reflecting her future-focused, first-mover approach to innovation and dedication to setting a new bar for the definition of high-performance.
Rebecca holds an MBA and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP, credentials that underpin her structured, governance-driven approach to execution while enabling speed, focus, and high-impact delivery.

Dan Abend
CTO
Dan is a seasoned technical leader with over 35 years in software development. He is also a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. Dan joined LAUNCH! in 2020 and led the technical vision for EIVA. He has been instrumental in shaping the team and the EIVA architecture.
Umair Qadir
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Umair is our fearless leader of product development. He joined LAUNCH! in 2020 and directed the technical team that built EIVA. He is an adept AI/ML engineer, data scientist, and creative problem solver.
